Who is Joel Freeman?

The creator of LIIFT4 and co-creator of CORE DE FORCE®, Joel has held certifications from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and American Council on Exercise (ACE), and he is currently a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Behavior Change Specialist. His greatest passion is helping people fall in love with fitness and reach their highest potential.
